Do you charge for shipping?
That depends on where in the world you are! Because we are a small island at the bottom of the world, we have a tiered pricing plan from our distribution provider that we pass onto you as best we can.
- FREE SHIPPING is currently offered to New Zealand, Australia, USA & Canada.
- $10 shipping fee is added to countries in the greater Asia area
- $50 shipping fee for most of Europe
- $85 shipping fee for rest of the world

Can I have my KeteKoha delivered to my office?
You certainly can! We actually recommend it, not only so Lindsay at reception gets the green eye, but we would prefer to deliver direct to you and eliminate the risk of theft from your doorstep.
When does my order ship?
Your order will leave our warehouse in Auckland, New Zealand the day after your payment clears. Once it hits the ground in your country, it should take between 5-10 working days to get to you.
What if I haven't received my box?
I received a damaged item, what do I do?
We take great care to protect our precious items the best we can, however accidents do happen, this is the unfortunate thing with shipping across the Pacific Ocean! Please send us an e-mail with a photo of the damaged item & we’ll either arrange a replacement or load your account up with a credit. Please see our T's & C's for more information on our processes.
When is my credit card charged?
Your card will be charged when you place your order and on your purchase anniversary every month until you cancel your subscription. You can view your specific schedule in your customer portal. To view your specific schedule,
- Just head to our website & log in to your customer portal.
- Once logged in, you will see your account page and order history.
- Click on the link at the top left of the screen called "Manage Subscriptions", this will take you to your detailed account page.
- You will find your charge & delivery schedule under "Delivery Schedule"
