How do I update my e-mail address?

  1. Head to our website and log in to your customer portal.
  2. Once logged in, you will see your account page and order history.
  3. Click on the link at the top left of the screen called "Manage Subscriptions", this will take you to your detailed account page.
  4. Navigate to "Billing Information" and click "Edit" under your contact details.
  5. Update your information & remember to press SAVE.

 

How do I update my credit card details?

  1. Head to our website and log in to your customer portal.
  2. Once logged in, you will see your account page and order history.
  3. Click on the link at the top left of the screen called "Manage Subscriptions", this will take you to your detailed account page.
  4. Navigate to "Card on File" and click "Edit".
  5. This will take you to a secure screen, hosted by our payments processor ReCharge, where you can enter your new card information.

How can I manage my shipping addresses?

  1. Head to our website and log in to your customer portal.
  2. Once logged in, you will see your account page and order history.
  3. Navigate to your Account details to the right of the page & click "View Addresses". 
  4. Here, you can add new addresses, edit addresses & delete addresses you no longer require.

 

I have placed my order but need to change my address!

We cannot guarantee that we'll get these details changed in time, but head to your customer portal and make the change for your order as per the instructions above.

Then contact us on any means necessary, e-mail, Instagram, Facebook, and we'll do our best to redirect your shipment.
