I'm going on holiday, can I skip a delivery?

You can absolutely put your subscription on hold.

  1. Just head to our website & log in to your customer portal. 
  2. Once logged in, you will see your account page and order history.
  3. Click on the link at the top left of the screen called "Manage Subscriptions", this will take you to your detailed account page.
  4. Navigate to "Delivery Schedule" and click "Skip" on the month's box/es required.

How do I cancel my subscription?

No hard feelings, these things happen.

Just head to our website & log in to your portal

  1. Once logged in, you will see your account page and order history.
  2. Click on the link at the top left of the screen called "Manage Subscriptions", this will take you to your detailed account page.
  3. Navigate to the "Subscriptions" sections.
  4. Click "Cancel" on the order you'd like to stop.
  5. Choose your reason why (optional, but helps us understand you better)

We will ship you any boxes that you have paid for, so if you cancel after your billing anniversary, we’ll still send you a box.

 

When is my credit card charged?

Your card will be charged when you place your order and on your purchase anniversary every month until you cancel your subscription. You can view your specific schedule in your customer portal. To view your specific schedule, 

  1. Just head to our website & log in to your customer portal. 
  2. Once logged in, you will see your account page and order history.
  3. Click on the link at the top left of the screen called "Manage Subscriptions", this will take you to your detailed account page.
  4. You will find your charge & delivery schedule under "Delivery Schedule"
