I received a damaged item, what do I do?
We take great care to protect our precious items the best we can, however accidents do happen, this is the unfortunate thing with shipping across the Pacific Ocean! Please send us an e-mail with a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery & we’ll either arrange a replacement or load your account up with a credit. Please see our T's & C's for more information on our processes.
Do you accept returns?
I didn't like one of the items in my box, can I exchange it?
Due to the nature of KeteKoha and sending foodstuffs across the Pacific Ocean, we cannot accept exchanges. The best way to help us get it right for you is by filling out our customer surveys, e-mailed to you a couple of days after purchase or getting in touch with us directly via e-mail.
